WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) released the following statement congratulating U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins on her confirmation.

"I am pleased to see the Senate confirmation of my fellow Texan, Brooke Rollins, as the next U.S. Secretary of Agriculture. Secretary Rollins knows that America's agriculture sector is the backbone of a strong economy and healthy nation. She will work tirelessly to ensure our agricultural regions have the proper support and resources to keep our grocery stores full and all Americans properly fed.
