Pfluger mourns Border Patrol Agent who died in the line of duty

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Wednesday, Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) released a statement of condolences following the news that a Border Patrol agent assigned to the McAllen Station passed away in an ATV accident while tracking a group of illegal immigrants near Mission, Texas. He was a 38-year-old father of two, according to reports.

“Camille and I are heartbroken by the loss of one of our Border Patrol heroes in the line of duty,” said Rep. August Pfluger. “This is a tragic reminder of the dangerous conditions our agents face while working to secure our border. Please join us in praying for his family and fellow agents as they mourn his loss.”
