Rep. August Pfluger: “As a fierce defender of our Constitutional Rights, including the Second Amendment, I believe this bill infringes upon the rights of law-abiding Americans.

“I remain open and willing to discuss initiatives to promote public safety, but not at the expense of our Second Amendment.”
