Washington, D.C. — Wednesday, Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) hosted Cathy McMorris Rodgers, the Republican Leader of the House Energy & Commerce Committee, in Midland for a tour of MCM Exploration’s drilling rig, and Diamondback Energy’s hydraulic fracturing site.
