Congressman August Pfluger was in San Angelo at Paul Ann Church, joining in on relief efforts on Wednesday, July 9.

“San Angelo had a tremendous and catastrophic event,” Pfluger said. “There’s over 650 households who have come to PaulAnn.”

Paul Ann is open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. until Friday for victims to come by for supplies. Dozens of volunteers have been there all week, along with multiple local outreach organizations distributing donations to flood survivors. They have paused physical donations but are currently accepting monetary donations and volunteers.

“I want to make sure that if you need help, if you are a victim or survivor of the floods that happened here locally, that you can come to Paul Ann church, you can come here to get help,” Pfluger said.
