“President Biden’s proposal to overhaul the Supreme Court of the United States will go nowhere in a Republican Congress. This radical desire for power is meant to benefit Congressional Democrats and the Biden-Harris Administration beset with court defeats after numerous unconstitutional actions,” said Congressman Pfluger. “For all the endless lectures about ‘saving democracy’ they always seem to be the ones dismantling it.”
